Tenshin Memorial Museum Of Art, Ibaraki not only displays the works of Okakura Tenshin and the artists of Izura,but also offers an opportunity to appreciate the fine arts and information about Japanese art. The Museum was opened on November 8, 1997 as a place for new artistic and cultural activities.
