Regarding the Cancellation of the Web Version Subscription Plan

For those who have chosen the annual or monthly payment plan on the web version of Tokyo Art Beat, we have compiled information regarding mid-term cancellations in this article. We kindly ask you to read it if you are considering canceling.

Mid-term cancellation does not result in 'immediate suspension of use.'

Paid features will be available until the 'scheduled cancellation date' displayed after the cancellation process. However, please note that if you complete the withdrawal procedure after cancellation, the service will be immediately suspended.

In the case of mid-term cancellation, no refunds will be issued

Compared to the app version, the web version offers monthly and annual payment plans at lower rates.

App version monthly plan ¥5,400/year (¥450/month）
App version yearly plan ¥3,600/year
Web version monthly plan ¥3,600/year (¥300/month)
Web version yearly plan ¥2,500 *Best value

You will be able to continue using the service until the scheduled cancellation date even after cancellation. However, please note that in the case of immediate suspension of use through the withdrawal process, refunds will not be applicable.

Cases where refunds are applicable

In the following cases, we will refund up to the amount equivalent to one year's payment for the paid features.

Service interrupted for a certain period

For example, if paid features such as the My List function are unavailable for a certain period due to long-term maintenance at the Tokyo Art Beat's convenience rather than service interruption due to force majeure such as natural disasters.

Paid features not working

For example, if paid features are unavailable for a certain period due to malfunctions caused by bugs or other program issues.

Past refund cases

Other cases where obstacles caused by Tokyo Art Beat's slight negligence may be eligible for refunds.
