The Ibaragi Modern Art Festival is a biennale held by sponsorship of the Genden Fureai Ibaragi Foundation. Aiming to promote the arts in Ibaragi prefecture and to aid the development of young artists, Japanese Paintings, Western Paintings, Sculptures, Crafts, Calligraphy, Photography, and Design works by 99 artists will be on display.
