In recent years, in addition to his many solo exhibitions throughout Europe, Julian Opie's works in public spaces, going beyond the "white cube" environment of galleries or art museums, have been attracting a lot of attention.
This exhibition will consist of new works, mostly from the landscape series and the portrait series. The landscapes are mainly scenes of Norway, while the portraits are of Japanese couples, and both are presented in films and paintings. A LED sculpture work will also be on display.
