Hideki Nakajima has made his presence felt through cool, pop-art designs that balance the beauty of images and typography. His commercial works include the typography for the magazine CUT and CD jacket designs for Ryuichi Sakamoto.
This exhibition, his first major solo show in Japan, will feature new graphic design pieces that are both experimental and highly personal, as well as posters, editorial and book designs, CD jackets, and other exhibits ranging from his best-known works to his latest output.

The volume "ggg Books -78 Hideki Nakajima" (ginza graphic gallery) and "Clear in the Fog" / Hideki Nakajima (rockin’on inc.) will be published in conjunction with the exhibition.
