Diesel is a brand that does not only propose fashion, but also introduces lifestyle such as cinema, and music. They have a history of supporting young artists.
In this group exhibition, 9 upcoming artists from both Japan and overseas will present work based on DIESEL 2006 S/S collection’s main theme "Japan". Those works of illustration and typography were made on Japanese style "hanging rolls" (Kakemono) and "decorated papers" (Shikishi).
"Pop, but bitter", "Cool, but kitsch", "Cute, but chic"... These works were assembled together and created an exotic atmosphere and dialogue with the denims at the store.
Come enjoy the art and relax in the traditional Japanese garden.
