This film tells the story of puppy Koro's adventures in a residential suburb of Tokyo. The background scenes are drawn strikingly in colored pencil. Koro bounds out of the house through an unlocked door to chase Sawako who leaves for school. Outside, he runs into many people in the neighborhood. Sawako on the other hand, returns home to find that Koro has disappeared, and starts a frantic search...
