Cosplay comes to the Cow!
Enjoy a night of nutty J-Pop as the global cosplay craze, born in Japan, crashes the Cow. In celebration of the Japanese launch of Japanamerica (www.japanamericabook.com) -- called by the critics both "an essential guide to Japanese pop culture" and "a terrifically fun read" -- the Pink Cow is holding its first-ever "cosplay contest" for the best costume. So dress up as your favorite anime, manga or cartoon character, have a blast and win prizes!
Authors Roland Kelts and Leo Lewis will be on hand to sign books and help judge--plus there will be anime-inspired DJs rocking the house and multi-media entertainment.
