"Nature, life, circulation" are the themes shared by these two artists, photographer Kainuma and sculptor Nakamura. They bring in different elements all together as to create a mythical realm in the exhibition space.
The show includes Kainuma's monochrome photograph series titled "Rip Van Winkle - In the Grove", which changes the gallery space into a forest. The low contrast of the photographs hints at traditional ink drawings revealing sincere feelings for nature.
On the other hand, Nakamura's sculptures are boldly deformed animal figures, and futuristic objects with figurative aspects. He is an young emerging artist who has been showing internationally.
