Kyodo Studio Program is a process-oriented workshop conducted by various creators who are active internationally, and aims to provide young creators from both Japan and abroad with the opportunity to work together on projects regardless of their genres or specialized fields. In the 3rd edition of this program, a week-long workshop on the theme of "environment" will be held for not only young generation who are involved with ecological and artistic activities but also general audience. This year again, professors from the University of the Arts London will be invited, while David Backlund, the representative of Cape Farewell, and other figures who have engaged in a variety of environmental activities will give lectures for this program.
The goal of this workshop is to seek ways to approach environmental issues through different types of activities such as symposiums, lectures, workshops and art cafe, and ultimately to propose and present ideas in a form of "project".
