Public Performance "Drawing Miyoshi Gods and Visitors' Hands"
Using charcoal from pruned grape twigs, Rena Masuyama will draw Miyoshi gods and visitors' hands on Japanese washi paper in a public performance on the following dates: July 23, 25, 26, 28, 30, 31, August 1, 5, 6, from 13:00-18:00.

Also on display are original prints of book illustrations and ceramic works, and a video projection that records Masuyama's public demonstrations of ceramic making and washi paper drawing.

Workshop: August 2nd (Sat) "Charcoal Drawing with Rena Masuyama"
14:00-15:00
Fee: ¥500 (parent-child pair also only ¥500)
Drawing using high-grade Bincho charcoal. Please note that your clothes may get dirty from doing this!

Performance: August 7th (Thu) "Descent of the Miyoshi God"
19:00-21:00
Fee: ¥1000 (includes one drink)
Unveiling of works completed over the exhibition period and "women's body" performance.
