Lombardy is centered on Milan, a trendsetting design city, and known for several furniture production areas whose products are featured at this exhibition. 26 pieces combining traditional techniques with modern design traits, manufactured by Lombardian furniture manufacturing companies in collaboration with individual designers from this same province, travel the world in this rotating exhibition that showed in New York in May 2006, New Delhi in December 2007, now arriving in its third city, Tokyo.
