2006 marks the 30th year of Kakei's residence in Paris. The artist has previously exhibited at art fairs on the Champs-Elysees, and has also become much sought after by European and American art collectors.
This exhibition showcases the results of his artistic pursuits in France, and Kakei's unique sensibility attuned to the lives and mannerisms of Parisians. In addition to scenes of Parisian life, new works depicting female nudes will also be on display.
