Fishing in the sea, growing grains and vegetables in the fields, keeping time by the sun...ordinary ways of human living. Subject to extreme temperature changes, people in Myanmar live under one roof together with farm animals. Desire and vanity mean nothing to them. Such a lifestyle helped the artist understand the way humans were meant to live and to return to his origins. Approximately 40 color portraits of people that the artist encountered in Myanmar's farm villages and port towns are on display.
