TDW is the oldest design trade show in Japan, bringing together more than 1000 companies that introduce new products to industry professionals and the public.
Held on the massive grounds of the Meiji Jingu Gaien, the event has 3 main areas: the very slick 100%Design, dedicated to the latest and most innovative contemporary interior design; 100%Futures, the popular student work exhibition showcasing works done in collaboration with companies; and finally the Container Designing Town, where cargo containers are transformed into extraordinary exhibition spaces where brands, studios, embassies and schools all promote their activities and compete for attention.
