Takami, who is director of the Museum of Folk Masks in Kyushu, is holding an exhibition of valuable antiques, folk masks, "komainu" dogs, statues of deities, paintings and old ceramic pieces at Nishiogi Garan. These pieces, full of a certain mystery and reminiscent of a faraway southern forest, will also be on sale.
