"Photo City Sagamihara" is a photography festival organized by Sagamihara City, and welcomes a wide range of photography from art photos to family snapshots. The festival started in 2001, at the dawn of a new century in which photography can shed light on culture. The festival gives awards for both professional and amateur photographers. This exhibition presents winning works from the professional section of the festival.
