This fifth installment of the Intara-juku features Naoki Toneri of "Wind and Blood" and Yuko Matsunaga of Wieden and Kennedy Tokyo as guests. Both of them have left large advertising agencies to manage operations at creative agencies, and will speak about their experiences from the perspective of a player in the business of advertising in a rapidly changing industry. "What's the difference between operations at a large advertising agency as opposed to a creative agency?" "What sorts of creative abilities will be sought after by businesses from now on?" "How are mass communications creatives and web communications creatives different?" These questions, plus other issues related to how to fulfill new responsibilities to clients - knowledge that both Toneri and Matsunaga arrived at only after leaving large ad outfits - will be discussed.
