Solo exhibition by Kaoruko Omori, who studied printmaking at Tama Art University and now lives and works in Moriya as a printmaker, exhibiting mainly in Tokyo. This is her first solo exhibition to be held in Mito. Working mostly in color mezzotints, Omori's work leaves a gentle, soft impression on viewers. About 40 copperplate prints and beeswax paintings will be on display and for sale.
