Yoshida creates sculptures out of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) painted with an airbrush that serve as ironical takes on the contradictions and problems of contemporary society. His pieces seem at first glance to embrace a facile Pop aesthetic, but are in fact infused with irony: according to the artist, "art should occasionally make dangerous proposals to society."

This exhibition features four to five Buddhist sculpture works that address themes like the inconstancy of many Japanese people with regard to issues of faith, as well as their easygoing nature and half-Western half-Japanese identity complex.
