This is the 15th installment of an annual exhibition organized by the Tokyo Illustrators Society (TIS). On display are works by about 170 artists on the theme of Japanese nursery rhymes and children's songs that take a fresh look at how these charming ditties still have the ability to soothe and comfort in a time of economic gloom and low spirits, like a dose of medicinal tonic. All the works are accompanied by the artists' comments, and are also available for purchase.
