How do people meet people? How do people encounter works? What happens then? The Communication Art Exhibition started by posing such questions and, since 2003, has dealt with the theme of reading through the presentation of various works on paper as well as digital media. This is the third edition of the Young Artists' Books Project, launched in 2006.

Every year in November, this traveling project begins with the "Reading" Exhibition at Pepper's Gallery. The exhibition will then be held at Kinokuniya Bookstore's South Branch in January of the following year, followed by concurrent shows at bookstores in New York City in March.
