Chill Out is not meant to relax the viewers, but rather to allow them to calm down and eventually come face to face with their own imaginations. Pepper's introduces young promising artists who are capable of foreseeing what will come next and giving material form to "dialogues of consciousness". This exhibition is held in conjunction with a program that attempts to generate some "output" for an urban environment and reconsider the concept of "chilling out" as a methodology called art.
