Yukihiko Yasuda is a prominent modern Japanese nihonga painter who produced a large body of work from the Meiji through to the Showa periods, with a particular flair for historical paintings. This exhibition features 20 of Yasuda's paintings from the museum's extensive collection, as well as sketches that offer visitors a glimpse at his working process.
