This event has ended.

The Yokohama Rendezvous Project is an initiative that aims to create new things and products by fusing the creative ideas of artists with the specialized knowledge of local industries.

This year's Project features artists like designer Gwenael Nicolas, who won the Ku/Kan design award in 2009, young artist Asae Soya, who exhibited at the Shiseido Gallery this January, and performing arts company Nibroll designer Mitsushi Yanaihara, who will be collaborating with a range of companies based in Yokohama.

In addition to the creative products that emerged out of these collaborations, visitors can also take part in workshops conducted by participating creators. See website for more details.
