This exhibition follows on from Chim↑Pom’s solo exhibition ”So See You Again Tomorrow, Too?” held in Kabukicho, Shinjuku last autumn and marks the imminent release of their new publication. Held at Kitakore building in Koenji, this latest solo show will see art collective collaborating with architect Takashi Suo to construct a path in the exhibition venue, forming the focal point of this exhibition and realizing the latter half of their Sukurappu ando Birudo Project. As a public thoroughfare in a private space, this path will be open to visitors free of charge, 24 hours a day (note: admission fee applies to the rest of the exhibition). There will be performances scheduled throughout the exhibition period, and visitors will be able to see the book “Toshi wa hito nari (Cities become people)” - Chim↑Pom’s first ever comprehensive expression of their urban theory - ahead of its release. This publication is packed with photographs from the project.
