At Newspark - The Japan Newspaper Museum

60 years have passed since the end of the Second World War, but the world hasn't come to peace yet - several countries are still marred by complex conflicts. The countless photographs shot during these conflicts are of great importance: they are a testimony of what happened, and sometimes even influence the course of the conflict itself.
This exhibition shows 200 pictures covering the Japan-China War, the Pacific War and the Korean War, selected from among the 29,000 items in the New York Daily News archives acquired recently by Kyodo News.
Featured photographers include Robert Capa, W. Eugene Smith, Margaret Bourke-White and many others.
