After the collapse of the communist control over Central and Eastern European countries, those were able to successfully adapt to the new political and social landscape & environments, so much so that some of them are now admitted to the European Union. This is the first exhibition of this kind in Japan, reviewing the contemporary art scene from Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Conditioned by a complicated social environment, their works will help you not only discover but understand what has been happening there as well as appreciate their outlook for the future.
