Mizue Ogiso began painting in 1996. This exhibition is her first individual exhibition in 2 years. The paintings on display are acrylics, dyes and oil pastels on wood panels. The composition of the paintings, as well as their shape, resemble a view from a car window. The peaceful atmosphere of the paintings reveals the unique perspective that exists between consciousness and unconsciousness, reality and imagination. The main concept of the artist is to create a narration without specificity. Ogiso stimulates the viewer's imagination with the ambiguity of the subject of her work.
