Fifteen new oil paintings of colorful flowers such as cherry blossoms, roses, tulips, begonias and hydrangeas by Chikako Isshiki. The artist, a graduate of Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, says that she is fascinated by the complex structure of flowers. She first takes photographs of various flowers before drawing them on canvas.
