New works by Yasumasa Morimura under the theme of 'Men', restructuring happenings that occurred to a variety of men.
Morimura says that the history of the 20th century is symbolized by 'men'. Men worked, fought, constructed, and finally brought on destruction, handing over the world to 'women'. Morimura, who has dealt with the theme of 'women' in the past with series such as 'Daughters in Art History' and 'Actresses', switches his focus to 'men', scrutinizing the way human beings lived their lives over the course of history.
Opening party: November 11th, 18:00-20:00
There will be a ten-minute performance from 19:00.

"I showed up at the SDF headquarters as Ingrid Bergman, and the officers were so kind, so happy to help me. When I said, 'I need a Jeep,' they said, 'One Jeep, no problem!'
