At midnight when most little boys and girls are fast asleep, mother, father, grandfather and a few mischievous youngsters come out to play with Knit House.
My Town in My Home is a collaborative exhibition by fashion designer Yoshikazu Yamagata and knitting artist Mafuyu. With fashion, art, and product design in mind, they have created ‘home wear’, a collection of decorative pieces which can also be fun for kids. The collection was first shown at the 2007 Arnhem Mode Biennale and is now presented in Japan for the first time.
