Furniture workshops expend much effort in trying to design furniture they think will meet the individual or family specifications of consumers, attempting to create soothing, comfortable home environments. This exhibition puts on display furniture coordinated with original pieces produced by workshops from all over Japan, presenting a uniquely Japanese vision of home living based on a Japanese aesthetic.
