"Ink Paintings: The Beauty of Brush and Ink Part Ⅱ -Landscapes, Birds and Flowers and Figures" Exhibition

Focusing on various modes of expression achieved by ink as a medium, this two-part exhibition introduces Chinese scenic painting with a long-held tradition going back to the Southern Song Period and ink-wash painting from the Muromachi Period in the first half, while the second half showcases Ming period works depicting landscapes, birds and flowers, as well as work by the Edo literary painters.
