"Two Travelers" is a project between Masanori Ikeda and Ani Watanabe to capture the same place and time through their individual perspectives while traveling together. Previously, the pair traveled to Shanghai (2007) and Saigon (2008). For the third installment of this exhibition, Ikeda and Watanabe invited Hibiki Tokiwa to join them in Paris.
Whereas Ikeda's work clearly shows his shock and surprise on his first trip to Paris, Watanabe's images recall once again his first visit, while Tokiwa's photographs are taken with the same viewpoint that he uses in Tokyo.
A limited edition of original numbered prints will be on sale during the exhibition, and talk shows and workshops are also scheduled. See website for details.
