This exhibition consists of about 50 works from a selection of Onuma's most recent, previously unexhibited works.

After returning from the United States where he studied photography, Onuma (b. 1972) has continuously produced photographic works and presented them through several magazines and his photo book HELLO MY NAME IS SHIGEKAZU ONUMA (2001, Art Days), while working in advertising.

Releasing the shutter whenever he felt the urge, Onuma allows things that have yet to take concrete shape to be photographed just as they are. This strategy highlights the unexaggerated outline of their existence.
