Taku Furukawa (b. 1941) is an illustrator and animator known for his simple linework and humorous motifs. He joined Yoji Kuri's Jikken Manga Kobo in the 1960s to learn the art of animation and thereafter went on to produce works that won the special jury award at the Annecy International Animation Festival among others.

This exhibition showcases a selection of Furukawa's animations, illustrations and drawings that shed light on his varied career.
