This event has ended.

Known as a scholar of Goethe and founder of anthroposophy, the thought of Rudolf Steiner crossed numerous fields including education, art, medicine, farming, architecture, economics and astronomy and continues to exert a strong influence to this day. At a time when society was in upheaval due to the impact of the first world war, his approach appeared to respond to the issues of the individual and society as a whole, an approach which we may be able to glean something from in our contemporary condition. This exhibition features the black boards used by Steiner in his lectures, while also introducing examples of design and architecture, delivering a message to us from the past.
