poster for Flowers – Eternal Life

Ends in 22 days

Three photographers present their unique perspectives on the familiar subject of flowers, going beyond notions of color and beauty. Shoji Yoshida focuses on the eternal nature of life in beauty by capturing the process of flowers withering. His black and white images capture the mystery of life through time. Iwana Akizuki photographs not only expressions of nature but the interior lives of people in multi-exposure shots of flowers on reversible film. Advertising photographer Junshi Nakamichi pursues artistry in unconventional color choices. The bewitching world of flowers is his life’s work. A total of 26 color and black and white photographs by these three distinctive artists are on display and for sale.
