Peter Rabbit™, the mischievous rabbit still loved around the world today, will celebrate the 120th anniversary of the publication of "Peter Rabbit's Story" in 2022, the first book in the series published by Frederick Warne* in 1902. With a theme of a grand birthday party to celebrate the anniversary, this exhibition will look back on the history of Peter Rabbit from the eve of his birth to the present day with approximately 170 items, including rare original drawings, books, and related items. Among them, this is the first time in Japan that the handwritten letters of Beatrix Potter™ (1866-1943), the author of the original story, and the coloring of "Peter Rabbit's Story" will be shown as originally conceived by the artist.
