Her photography, which allows herself to be just as spontaneous as she could, often gets reviewed with these seemingly contradicting words such as "dream & vividness", "fragility & thickness" and "a moment & an eternity".
She is really liberated, she can freely pick her subjects from an aquarium or a botanical garden etc... And as if she never knew the subjects before, she can depict them with freshness. Her sence of time and space through the finder, more or less takes the viewers back to their childhoods and make them see things just as they are. The images will come to you chaotically but also sensually, sometimes quietlly and also violently.
This will be her third solo exhibition at Taro Nasu Gallery in the past three years, and 16 pieces of colored and 12 pieces of black and white pictures will be on display.
