Embroidery is considered to be the oldest form of clothing crafts and has long been decorating people from all around the world throughout centuries. In some parts of the world, it is believed that the finer the stitches are, the better it fends off the evils and bring in lucks, and this belief has elevated the embroidery skill to the highest state of art. In this exhibition, about 250 embroidery works from India and South East Asia will be on display.
