Tim Pritlove
One night only: A rare Japan visit by "Discordian Evangelist" Tim Pritlove -- a driving force behind Germany's infamous Chaos Computer Club (CCC), whose activities fuse hacking, art, grand-scale public events, and humor.
Tim will start off the evening with a multimedia presentation titled "Creative Chaos" that includes film footage of one of the CCC's most well-known projects -- Project Blinkenlights, in which The CCC took a building at the Alexanderplatz in Berlin and turned it into a giant low-res computer screen that passerbys could play pong on and post text messages to. A few years later, they did the same thing at the Bibliotheque Nationale de France in Paris.

From "Creative Chaos" in Berlin and Paris, the evening will then move east, at the skilled hands of another traveler: dj ahimsa.
