Masahiro Maeda Pottery Exhibition

Seiko House Hall
Finished

Artists

Masahiro Maeda
Masahiro Maeda's pottery is full of the lighthearted joy of bright colours and patterns, featuring the distorted shapes of birds and trees.
He has been working on developing his expression for many years. He depicts owls, the moon, and cactuses as motifs in blue, green, red, yellow, gold and silver, as if they are moving in time to rhythmic music.
For this first solo exhibition at Wako Hall, he is presenting teacups, bowls, vases, as well as 80 ink paintings.
