Zenzaburo Kojima "Sparkling Suburbia"

Fuchu Art Museum
Finished

Artists

Zenzaburo Kojima
In the 11th year of Showa, the Kojima arrived Izumi-cho, Kokubunji with a big hope in his mind. Born in Fukuoka, this painter used a delicate balance of color with bold and peculiar deformations to depict landscapes around Musashino and Kokubunji with a sense of suburban, symphonic poetry. Raising the question of what "suburban," "nature," and "life" means, this exhibition is filled with the poetry of the one big landscape that his works combine to create.
