Bernhard Edmaier is an internationally renowned German photographer who captures the surface of the earth in diverse, vividly colored patterns that make use of the sense of scale unique to aerial photography. Many vast and delicate patterns of this nature still exist in untouched expanses of nature, born out of the original power of nature. Edmaier uses both geological knowledge and a photographer's sense of form and composition to render these wondrous patterns from an aerial perspective.
On display are 17 prints measuring 84x84cm, including 3 previously unexhibited works.
