Photography captures the "world" that often lies beyond our expectations, while biology is the study of living things. Between these two different fields, a connection can be discovered. Writer Akiko Otake had biologist Shinichi Fukuoka pick works that caught his attention from Otake's book "This Photograph is Amazing" (Asahi Press), and at this event, they will talk about selected works that straddle the two different genres.
