The inaugural edition of this film festival features "Shinkei Kasanegafuchi" (screening of which had to be postponed in the wake of the March 11 earthquake), 8mm footage of everyday scenes by Arcus member Koji Suzuki, "film music" by Moriya-based musician Shotaro Kaizuka and more.
