The Hansen-Ross pottery studio operated in Fort Qu’Appelle, Saskatchewan, from the mid-1950s to 2005. It was named after two artists, Danish-born Folmer Hansen (1930-) and Winnipeg-born David Ross (1925-1974). This exhibition will present finely crafted modernist ceramics including works that were prominently featured in the Canadian Fine Craft exhibition at Expo 67 in Montreal.
