"Ultraman Art!" Exhibition

The Ultraman and Ultra Seven series, featuring heroes and monsters designed by sculptor Toru Narita and painter Ryosaku Takayama, also gave birth to a series of contemporary artworks inspired by detailed figurines and special effects. This exhibition showcase design drawings for Ultraman and its many monsters, in addition to sculptures, documentary photos, monster figurines and video installations that shed light on this important Japanese subculture.
